Routers are 2800 series ISR routers, and VERY fast!
2811 Router with Etherswitch Module in each rack!
All routers run 12.4 Mainline IOS.
Each rack is equipped with a Catalyst 3550 switch.
Each rack has Frame Relay, Fast Ethernet, T1, E1 and Gig Ethernet technologies.
Each rack has seven 7960 IP Telephones.
Each rack has an ATA 186.
Each rack client has access to a 6500 with 6608 and VG248.
Each rack has a CallManager Server.
Each rack has a Unity Server.
Each rack has an IPCC Express Server.

Remote Control Tools:

All routers, switches and servers can be controlled via the web with our GUI remote control system.
You will not waste time on our racks... when you begin your session, your routers WILL BE set to the default setting (with pre-loaded configurations).
RDP access to both CallManager 4.1.3 and Unity 4.0.5 Servers
Web GUI access to VMWare virtual servers (CCM and Unity) to start / stop / and revert to clean configuration.
